UK European Meeting, Coventry, September 2023
The TR Register will host the UK European Meeting and Tour in early September 2023. European Meetings attract members of TR clubs from all across Europe with some 120 to 180 TRs in attendance. The 2023 UK Meeting will be held at the Chesford Grange Hotel near Coventry from Friday 1st September to Monday 4th September 2023. The 3-night weekend allows for 2 full days of touring and visits to local attractions. Evening entertainment will also be arranged to enlighten and entertain our guests. We will be celebrating the TR Register uniting TR enthusiasts for over 50 years and 100 years of Triumph cars.
Following the weekend a tour will take place at the Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells from the 4th September to the 8th September 2023. Up to 100 non-UK TRs can book a room at the Metropole plus an additional 24 TRs from the UK can book into the Hotel Commodore. All activities will take place at the Metropole. The 4-night tour allows for 3 full days for touring the stunning roads and wild scenery of mid-Wales.
There is a new booking process for 2023 via a new website dedicated to the European Meetings: EuropeanTRs.club
The website contain the contents, programme and pricing for the weekend and optional tour. The website is in English, French, German and Dutch. Members of all European TR clubs can create an account on the website storing their personal data in a secure way, fully compliant to GDPR. An email will be sent to all verified accounts to remind them when bookings open.
On 15 January 2023, bookings will open so you can reserve your place on the weekend, choose your itinerary for the Saturday then add the optional tour on a first come, first served basis, through the website only. A non-refundable deposit will be taken by credit or debit card to reserve your place. Bookings will close on 28 February 2023. You will receive an email giving details on how and by when you will need to pay the balance by bank transfer to secure your place.
Your booking can be cancelled at anytime, subject to the cancellation policy as described on the website. If the event is sold out, then there will be a waiting list created. If a cancellation occurs the space will be offered to those people on the waiting list.
