TR Register EGM
The TR Register Board of Directors hereby give notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the TR Owners Club Limited (trading as TR Register Car Club) on Saturday 14th August 2021 at 13:00 within the Linden Suite, Three Counties Showground, Malvern.
The EGM will take place as part of the Triumph and MG Weekend, but access can be provided for those voting members wishing to attend the EGM, but not the show. Please apply for such access in writing to office@tr-register.co.uk so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Special Resolution 1
The Management Team seek to change the club's year end for accounts to 31 December, and move the AGM to an earlier date in the year, around April/May. The year end would then fall at a quieter time for stock etc and the club could hold an AGM on a more timely basis, instead of waiting some eight months before members get to see the annual report on our accounts.
To achieve this, it is proposed that the wording in Article 26 (a) which reads
26. “Such meeting shall:
(a) Receive from the directors a full statement of accounts duly reviewed showing the receipts and expenditure for the year ending of the same calendar year as the date of the AGM and such accounts…”
Be amended to read:
26. “Such meeting shall:
(a) Receive from the directors a full statement of accounts duly reviewed showing the receipts and expenditure for the last financial period ending before the date of the AGM and such accounts.....”
Special Resolution 2
Furthermore, to facilitate more timely information. It is proposed that the reference to 60 days in Articles 17(2), 26(a) and 29 be amended in each case to 30 days.
Special Resolution 3
In order to avoid having two AGMs in quick succession. It is proposed that, for 2021 only, the requirement in Article 25(1) to hold an AGM in every calendar year be suspended.
The next AGM would therefore be held in April/May 2022 rather than having one also in November 2021.
