Busy Wensum weekend!

The first weekend in July was a busy one, with Wensum members attending events far and wide.

Starting off on the Friday was a tour of the Combat Dealers Museum at Rumburgh and a picnic at Halesworth Lakes, courtesy of Anne Norman.

Taking up the full weekend were trips further afield, with members attending the Dutch TR Groups 50th Anniversary celebration, including battlefield tours near Ypres and Arnhem, and also the Classic Le Mans race event.

Finally on the Sunday, nearer to home were the Holt Classic Car Show at Holt Railway Station on the North Norfolk Steam Railway, and Kings Lynn and District Motor Clubs 45th Annual Classic Car Rally in aid of NARS (Norfolk Accident Rescue Service).  There were several TR's in the 80 mile 80 car event which finished at the Muckleburgh Military Collection where prizes were awarded. None won by TR's although a Triumph Roadster took the Historic Classic award.
