Kennet Valley TR Group support RAF Benson Familes Day

Four KVG cars and several more Triumphs from neighbouring groups were amongst 200 classic cars invited to attend the annual RAF Benson Families Day. This is the day the airbase opens for the families of its personnel, and they lay on a brilliant air display of old and modern planes. Normally the Red Arrows put on one of their spectacular displays, but this year they were missing as they were in the USA.

The cars were just as impressive, with no less than 35 Aston Martins lined up alongside Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Jaguar XJ220s, plus a wide selection of British classics from across the years, all in pristine condition. It was great to see how much our cars were appreciated by the families of the serving personnel AT this busy helicopter base.
