Since the deadline for TRA311, when we had just had our Christmas party, there hasn’t been a great deal of TR events that involved actually driving the TR. I have been out a few times in the TR on sunny days, but then they started salting the roads heavily, so the excursions are a little curtailed now. Barely a couple of hundred miles. Christmas came and went, to be followed by a traumatic New Year in Ireland for Mary & I. Our normal monthly evening meeting falls on the first Tuesday in the month. For January this was New Year’s Day, so we took an early decision to cancel that. Our monthly Sunday “run” took place on 20th January, but it was just a meal at our monthly meeting venue, the Light Dragoon, Etton. More than 30 people met up for our first event of 2019, and not a TR in sight! Thanks to Alison Quill for managing the names and pre-orders.
