Swallow Doretti 70th Anniversary Tour of Historic Motorsport Sites

The Worldwide Swallow Doretti Community are celebrating the UK launch on 1st July 1954 There are several events based around the 70th Anniversary of this date.

We have therefore planed a fun day for Wednesday 3rd July which brings the opportunity to explore the countryside of the Marshes area of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire that were used for motorsport, mainly before the Second World War, but one continues to be in use to this day. 

Due to there not being that many Doretti, we are opening up this tour up to the local Triumph TR groups and cars of similar vintage. The Tour starts at Bringsty Common WR6 5UJ which is near Bromyard and ends 100 miles later at Bridgnorth Railway Station WR16 5DP.

We meet at 9:30 for Breakfast in Bringsty Cafe WR6 5UJ then the cars will be starting off from 11:00 at 2 min intervals. Please note. Parking Charges apply in all the Bridgnorth Station areas which will be waved if your registration number is logged beforehand.

Map books will be issued on the day at Bringsty.
