Shropshire Group's Run to The Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival
The Shrewsbury Classic Car Festival returns to Longden on Sunday 9th July. The year’s Festival will be dedicated to Duncan Page, the co-founder, who sadly passed away in February. Duncan was everybody’s friend.
We will have a short run to the show of approximately 28 miles (1 hour). This will take us from Meole Brace up the Hope Valley, over The Stiperstones to Longden. The TR Shropshire Group has also organised a short circular walk of about 4½ miles for members. The walk will take you over Lyth Hill and back.
