TR Lincolnshire - East Midlands Region Fun Day

EAST MIDLANDS REGION FUN DAY

By kind permission of David and Celia Dawson you are invited to join the East Midlands Region TR Register Fun Day at Gauntlet Road, Boston PE20 3AU

This event hosted by TR Lincs is open to all members in the East Midlands Groups, Leicestershire, Derby Dales, Nene Valley and of course TR Lincs.  

Come along and remake old acquaintances and make new ones with your fellow TR enthusiasts and enjoy the social side of the club in the heart of Lincolnshire's Holland.

For your entertainment we plan to have some fun and games, for those that wish to take part, involving you and your cars.  These include:

* Driving around an obstacle course through the cone, making some "manoeuvres" culminating in parking neatly in a garage against the clock.  The winning group will be those that have the lowest cumulative times.

* Steady and smooth driving.  You and your passenger will be required to drive around a prescribed route as smoothly and carefully as you can.  The catch is that the passenger will be holding a glass of water and must not spill the contents.  The winning group will be the one whose members have saved as much of the water as they can and added it to the group bucket at the end.  The bucket holding the most water wins!

All the driving events will be on private flat grassland.

Catering

There is no catering arranged for the day so please bring your own refreshments/picnic/snacks/chairs.  If you wish to BBQ can you please only bring disposable ones.  Tea and Coffee will be provided.

Make the effort to attend this Inter-Group meeting. It will be the first chance for a long time that the East Midlands groups have got together.
