When we first planned this outing, we thought that the Covid-19 restrictions would have ended. We now intend keeping the run to Austwick for a future date, when we can enter the Dairy Farm as a group.
However, we are still able to have an outing, so long as we respect the rules in force. So, we now intend to meet in the same place as planned at Morrison's car park at Morton Park, Darlington at 10:45am on Sunday 4th July, setting off around 11:00am.
Trevor will lead us on a run, ending up at Balderhead Reservoir for a picnic lunch (bring your own picnic!).
Let us know if you intend to join us.
We look forward to perhaps meeting some of our recent new members, in addition to the longer term members who we have not had the opportunity to meet since before the pandemic.
If you are reading this as a result of receiving an automated email from us, then all well and good. But if you only found out about the outing having read your TR Action received at the end of June, then you may like to check the following:
- the TR Register office has been informed of your email address (we know some members have not provided addresses)
- check your notification settings here. When logged in, you will see three tick boxes. The 'New Event' box should be ticked if you wish to receive notifications of our events. Nor harm if you tick the other boxes too.
- check that our emails are not lurking in your spam or junk folders.
