There is lots of hard work going on behind the scenes here at the TR Register Car Club to update, improve and modernise our IT systems to build a stronger digital future for the Club.
These are exciting times, and we will announce more in the coming weeks and months. First, we would like to introduce existing members to our new membership management system. 

Our old system served us very well for many years, but the new has improved integrations with digital means of delivering membership services and communications such as our e-Newsletters that complement TR Action Magazine. It also allows you more freedom to amend your own records and renew your membership faster online. Amongst many other admin benefits behind the scenes, it will offer more efficient and safer data sharing with our local groups.

We have transferred your data from our old system and would now like to introduce you to the new one.

New web addresses appearing in your browser

Soon, you will start to see the app.sheep.crm website address appears in your browser address bar when you follow links from the TR Register website to amend or renew your membership.

What do I need to do?

We need your help to set up your online account. This will allow you to access not only your own membership records in the future but also the members' area of the website. We are looking to replace the multiple passwords you might currently use to access TR Register services with this one single login.

Please follow the steps below to get set up as an existing member:

Step 1:

Please go to the URL https://app.sheepcrm.com/tr-register/login where you will see the following page:

Step 2: 

Enter the email address that you currently use for the club website members area, and press the Get Started button. After a moment or two, if the system finds a match for your email address, you will see this screen:

If the system does not recognise your email address, we have either a different one registered for you or no email at all! (unlikely if you are receiving this) In either case, fill out this form and let us know.

If you see a different screen altogether, then skip to Step 6.

Step 3:

If you are happy, just click on the OKAY, CREATE MY ACCOUNT button, and you will get the following screen.

Step 4: 

Please check your email for the code.
If you have not received the code email in about 5 minutes, please first check your spam folder, then try the REQUEST A CODE button to get another code otherwise, please check that the email is correct
The email will be entitled “Reset your password” and contain the code. Type in the code, and you will be requested to create a password.


Please note: This is not the same password as your current tr-register.co.uk website password; they are independent, but feel free to use the same if you wish.

Step 5:

You should now get a screen like this showing you where you can manage your profile details, see your current membership, any groups you belong to, and any vehicles that we have for you.

You are now set up and can amend and update your details and manage renewals and payment methods.

Step 6 (ONLY If you got the following screen from Step 2):

If during STEP 2, you didn't see the screen shown and instead, get this screen with your name in the blurred area:

This means that SheepCRM already has your profile on file for another club, and you can connect using the password you used for your profile with that club and sync the two.
